Je to zejm\u00e9na z toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee se dne\u0161n\u00ed \u017eivotospr\u00e1va, mno\u017estv\u00ed konzumace alkoholu a jin\u00fdch n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e1tek rapidn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila a zhor\u0161ila.  D\u016fvod k u\u017eit\u00ed kolagenu tedy m\u00e1me, ale co v\u00fdb\u011br? Existuj\u00ed t\u0159i typy kolagenu &#8211; hov\u011bz\u00ed, vep\u0159ov\u00fd a ryb\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se \u010dist\u011b o p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e1tku, jeliko\u017e doposud nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 syntetizovat kolagen um\u011ble. Hov\u011bz\u00ed a vep\u0159ov\u00fd kolagen maj\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b vysokou molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed hmotnost, proto nejsou a\u017e tak schopn\u00e9 transportu a tak se u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako dopl\u0148ky stravy pro pohybov\u00fd apar\u00e1t (klouby, \u0161lachy). Ryb\u00ed kolagen m\u00e1 oproti dvou p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdm n\u00edzkou molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed hmotnost a tak se velice dob\u0159e vst\u0159eb\u00e1, proto se jeho u\u017eit\u00ed t\u00fdk\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee a jej\u00edch deriv\u00e1t\u016f (poko\u017eka, nehty, vlasy).  Z v\u00fdb\u011bru nen\u00ed toto v\u0161e. Kolagen d\u011bl\u00edme toti\u017e na 28. typ\u016f. Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou prvn\u00ed t\u0159i. Kolagen 1. typu tvo\u0159\u00ed 90 % v\u0161ech t\u011bchto skleroprotein\u016f v t\u011ble. Najdeme ho jak v kostech, tak v poko\u017ece. Kolagen 2. typu se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze svazk\u016f, najdeme ho v chrupavk\u00e1ch. Nakonec 3. nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typ kolagenu se zam\u011b\u0159uje na hladkou svalovinu, kde tvo\u0159\u00ed oporu org\u00e1n\u016fm, ale tak\u00e9 sval\u016fm, \u017eil\u00e1m a tepn\u00e1m. P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru dopl\u0148ku stravy si dokonce m\u016f\u017eete vybrat mezi tekutou \u010di pr\u00e1\u0161kovou formou. Dejte se v\u0161ak pozor na p\u016fvod (po\u017eadujte zdroj vstupn\u00edch surovin), certifik\u00e1ty dopl\u0148ku stravy FFSC, HACCP a ISO.
